What are your van dimensions?
Our vintage-style coffee and wine caravan is 4.5m x 2m, making it compact enough to fit into most event spaces while still offering a spacious and functional setup.

What types of events do you cater for?
We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, festivals, markets, hens parties, birthdays, baby showers, and more. If you're planning a special occasion, we can customise our service to suit your needs.

How far do you travel?
We are based on the North West Coast of Tasmania, but we are happy to travel across the island for your event. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our regular service areas. Contact us for details.

What services do you offer?
Our van can operate as a coffee caravan, a mobile bar, or a combination of both. We serve freshly brewed Leaping Goat Coffee, Tasmanian wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer a selection of sweet treats and can cater to dietary preferences with options like alternative milks and decaf coffee.

How long do you typically serve for?
Our standard package includes 3 hours of service, but we can tailor this to suit your event. Additional hours can be arranged upon request.

Do you provide glassware and drinkware?
Yes, we provide all necessary glassware and drinkware for the beverages we serve, so you don’t need to worry about a thing!

 

What power requirements do you have?

We can operate off standard 240V power or bring our own generator for events where power is not readily available. Let us know your setup, and we’ll make it work.

 

Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We offer a range of options to accommodate dietary preferences, including alternative milks, decaf coffee, and various food options to cater to different needs.

How much notice do you need for a booking?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons such as weddings or holiday events. A minimum of 4-6 weeks' notice is ideal, but feel free to reach out for last-minute availability.

How do I make a booking or request a quote?
